European Industrial Capacity Exchange

Making Europe's manufacturing capability visible, qualified and deployable.

An AI-powered industrial capability graph that matches real production demand with verified European suppliers and available capacity.

Pre-launch. Recruiting industry design partners across the UK, France, Germany, Italy and Spain.

The problem

Capacity exists.
Access does not.

Industrial buyers still struggle to answer one simple question:

“Who can make this, to the required standard, in the timeframe we need?”

Discovery is manual

Supplier search depends on known contacts, brokers, directories and slow RFQs. The answer is bounded by who the team already happens to know.

Qualification is slow

Capability, certification and quality checks create friction before any work starts. Weeks pass before a single part is quoted.

Capacity is hidden

Available machinery, lead time and real production bandwidth are rarely visible. Underused capability sits idle while buyers queue elsewhere.

The product

A live map of who can make what.

Not another supplier directory. MachinaAtlas is the transaction and intelligence layer for industrial capacity: a facility-level graph where every capability claim is backed by evidence a buyer can open and check.

How a match is justified
01 / REQUIREMENT

The part, not the keyword

Process, axis, material, envelope, tolerance, quantity and certification are extracted from a real RFQ and confirmed by a human.

02 / HARD GATES

Excluded, with a reason

Certification currency and site scope, core process, region and physical machine envelope. A supplier that fails a gate is never returned as qualified.

03 / CAPABILITY GRAPH

Traversed, not searched

Facility to machine to process to material, so “Grade 5 titanium” answers a requirement written as Ti-6Al-4V.

04 / EVIDENCE

Every claim opens

Each result carries the quoted source, its date and a confidence state. Trust comes from evidence, not from the score.

Availability is never assumed. Where live capacity has not been confirmed by the supplier, the platform says so rather than guessing. That honesty is what makes the rest of the graph worth trusting.
Industry Design Partners

Shape it around a requirement you are actually sourcing.

We are working with a small group of industrial buyers and specialist manufacturers to test one question on real work: does the graph surface credible suppliers you did not already know?

What we ask of you

  • Two or three real, unclassified requirements you have sourced or are sourcing now.
  • Before we show anything: the suppliers you would genuinely consider approaching today. That baseline is frozen, so the result can be measured honestly.
  • Around 45 minutes to review the shortlist we return.
  • A straight verdict on each result: credible or not, and whether you already knew them.

What you get

  • The shortlist, plus the evidence behind every claim: quoted source, date and confidence.
  • Early access to the platform, free for the duration of the programme, with no obligation afterwards.
  • Direct influence over the ontology, the matching rules and the roadmap.
  • A named contact rather than a support queue.

Who we are looking for

Procurement and supply-chain leaders at OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 manufacturers, defence primes and energy infrastructure companies. On the supply side, specialist manufacturers with precision capability and underused machinery.

Ground rules

No classified, ITAR-controlled or otherwise export-controlled technical data. Commercial information is treated as confidential and never shown to another partner. NDA on request before anything is shared.

Inside the partner area
  • The single metric we are testing, and why we freeze your supplier baseline before showing you anything.
  • How a session runs, from intro call to shortlist review, and how long each step takes.
  • Exactly where our data comes from, and the claims we refuse to make.
  • How your requirements and your baseline are handled and kept separate from other partners.
  • Current status of the graph: category, geography and stage.
